FOUR GENERATIONS

Ermindo, the founder, began as a goldsmith and silversmith in a workshop near Ponte Vecchio, Florence, Italy.

Ermindo worked in times of great opportunities with international clients, and at the same time facing the terrible difficulties of the two World Wars. Ermindo’s youngest son Franco, developed the factory in the early 50s introducing new technologies and refined collections.

Gianfranco has been a leading figure since 1981 in the transition of silver from an obligatory status symbol to an object of pleasure—independent and intellectual. The stories of great authors from the past and present are transformed into collections of design and art, while the ancient pleasure of conviviality is renewed through objects that become the true protagonists of table settings. Teodora and Roberto engage with the new borderless world to reach the most unique passions of eccentrics and forward-thinking lovers of the most sociable metal: silver.
